22 September 2010 pl help me. suppose A matrial despatch in a march 2010 qtr. The buyer received the material in April 2010qtr. and can the party issue the c form for april 2010 qtr. is there any provision under sales tax Act.

23 September 2010 Act is silent in this regard. However if the purchase has been booked in April 2010. C form will be issued in april 2010 itself. There is no bar in this regard. however every one should avoid this situation , becoz, it create problems to suppliers in their assessment.
