If Sale is Made in 2nd Qtr and Sale return is made in 4th Qtr against that sale....Can we make the reverse entry of vat Also ? is that allowed in Sale tax

yes. Sales return with in 6 months period is allowed under VAT. you can pass the debit note to reverse the VAT accordingly
