WE HAVE TO MENTION THE BUSINESS WHILE REGISTERING UNDER VAT.THIS IS NOT A BUSINESS.BUT IF ITS THE BUSINESS OF PURCHASING AND SELLING OF CAR SO U HAVE TO GIVE A VATABLE INVOICE
