hi good evening to all..
I have to maintain a salary structure of a client..can anybody give me format of that.. so that i can minimise the tax liability of that concerns employees..

BASIC = 40% OF TOTAL SALARY
HRA = 50% OF TOTAL SALARY
CONVEYANCE = MORE THAN RS. 800/-
CHILDEREN EDUCATION ALLOWANCE = 500/-
MEDICAL REMIUMBURSEMENT= 1250 PM
ETC
OTHER THAN ABOVE YOU HAVE TO DOWNLOAD INCOME TAX CALCULATOR FORM CACLUBINDIA FILE SECTION AND FILL THE DATA AND GOT TAX LIABLITY FROM DIFFERENT SALARY STRUCTURE.
