20 July 2015 Please can anyone tell me....
How to show the salary earned by a NRI and transferred to India while filling the income tax return.......

as the income is not taxable in India.

20 July 2015 actually you dont have to show it at all. there is no provision to show it is exempted income as it is not income at all.

20 July 2015 please! Can you specify the section specifying that their is no need to show such income in ITR.

20 July 2015 an NRI is not required to report his/her global income in India....refer section 5,6,9. Only income earned or deemed to be earned in India is reported.

20 July 2015 also in the ITR, for all the columns & sheets related to foreign source income, it is explicitly written that it is to be filled only by residents.
