Can a person make payment of more than Rs. 20,000/- in cash for expenses made on different days with amount not exceeding Rs. 20,000/- but totalling to more than Rs. 20,000/- and the payment is made in total on a single day.

Payment in excess of Rs. 20,000/- can not be made in a single day even in parts. However you can pay below Rs. 20,000/- on different days, even though the total payment exceeds Rs. 20,000/-.

Is it like payment exceeding Rs. 20,000/- must not be made to single person. Does the provision of single person also exist or the payment in cash exceeding 20,000/- must not be made to any number of person in a single day.
