23 February 2014 company has to comply so many compliance in line with companies act and other laws. Registrar of Companies (ROC) is the administrative department in respect of all companies be it pvt. or public. Due date of annual filling of return (Form 20B) with roc is 30 days of AGM and Form 23AC (B/S), Form 23ACA (P&L) and Form 66(compliance certificate where paid up capital > Rs. 10 lacs within 60 days of AGM.
