13 January 2015 For Allotment of Shares as per Companies Act 2013, do i have to Filled MGT-14 just before Filling Form Pas-3, as i Had Already filled one MGt-14 before for Special Resolution.

1 FURTHER PUBLIC OFFER
2. RIGHT ISSUE
3. BONUS ISSUE
4. PREFENTIAL ISSUE

if it is a pvt company and You are doing Right Issue then in this case, along with PAS -3 , PAS -4 IS ALSO required to file

13 January 2015 “Issue of securities” is “offer of securities” and not “allotment of
securities.” The form MGT 14 has to be filed at the time of offer of securities and form
PAS 3 at the time of allotment of securities. The company need not file MGT 14 for
allotment of securities
