dear Sir,
can you please advise what is the last date of ROC filing? why it is required? who is responsible for filing? procedure of ROC filing? late payment fee?

Last date of filing depends upon the document to be filed.
For example if there is change in the director ship then u have to file form 32 with 30 days of change.
Normally company secretary or secretarial department is responsible for filing.

www.mca.gov.in
