for companies ROC filing for private limited companies(small companies) what forms and all has to be file and what is the time gap between each form

Form ADT-1 (Appointment/Reappointment of Auditor)- within 15 days from the date of AGM
Form AOC-4 (Audited Financials) - within 30 days from the date of AGM
Form MGT-7 (Annual Return) - within 60 days from the date of AGM

Hi,
I would second the opinion mentioned by Mr. Shah. However most of the companies, who have already filed ADT.1 last year for 5 year appointment, are not filing ADT.1 this year.
