11 February 2015 hi, can u tell me what is the ROC compliance required for tranfering fund from one company to another? let say ABC pvt ltd want to trf fund in his friends company XYZ pvt ltd or XYZ partnership firm. what would be the ROC compliance if the trf is done as loan or investment or against application of shares? do let me know pls
