22 August 2011 MCA vide its circular 59/2011 dated 05.08.2011 has introduced CLSS, 2011 where companies can file belated annual filing documents with only 25% additional fees. The scheme will be in effect from 12.08.2011 to 31.10.2011. There is no penalty, only additional filing charges of 25% of actual additional belated filing fees.
