REQUIREMENTS FOR FILING OF ROC RETURNS
26 October 2016
Every Company shall file the financial statement including Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss account, cash Flow statement with ROC in form AOC 4.
Major attachments
Balalnce sheet along with its annexures
Director report
And every Company within 60 days of holding AGM shall file annual return of the Company in Form MGT 7
