23 December 2008 hello. i am doing articleship since 2 years however i dont get stipend on monthly basis.whenever i ask for stipend the ca with whom i am under articleship always threatens to spoil the carreer & write a letter to ICAI for misbehaviour. now i want to know does the ca has the right to exploit the articled assistants? dont i have the right to ask for stipend which are as per rules of ICAI? please guide what should be done in such a situation

DO THE CA MAINTAIN YOUR ATTENDENCE RECORD ?
IF YES THAN CHECK WHETHER HE HAS ENTERED YOUR ATTENDENCE CORRECTLY OR NO?
YOU CAN NARRATE ALL YOUR FACTS WRITING A LETTER TO THE INSTITUTE, OR THE DECENTRALISED OFFICE AS PER WHERE YOU ARE LOCATED & INSTITUTE WILL TAKE THE NECESSARY INTERVENTION IN THE MATTER

23 December 2008 he does maintain but of 1 year he has kept which no1 knows. i have given all details however he says "************************8" n further says that he will give at his own will n whenevr i tell him about ICAI rules than he says that he doent care about those rules
