In revised schedule VI loans received from related parties is it includes loans from SHARE HOLDERS.
Can Company take loan from share holders ?

Yes. Company may. Make a separate line item for that in revised schedule VI

No need to mentioned from shareholders. You just mentioned whether it is "Loan from Related Party" or "Other Loan" and mentioned it under the heading of Short Term Borrowing or Long term.
