27 August 2010 we had filed half yearly returns for the period of Oct 09 - Mar 10, but till date we have find there is some receipts missed in the above returns how we can file the revised return

27 August 2010 Revised service tax return can be filed with in 90 days from the original return filed date

If you filled online, you download return preparatin utility and prepare the return and while uploading the option you select revised return and period

27 August 2010 Thankingyou for your reply, we are filing manually for the half yearly and the filing date of revised return within 90 day was expire, what i can do ?

27 August 2010 Revised return need to be filed with in 90 days, if more than 90 days the return will not accpted by manuallay and electronically.

Previously, One of my client had also the same problem. We meet the department and asked for the same,the department PRO, it was guided the challan will be adjusted for further serivice tax payments, but for this no proper provisions, I suggest you better meet your Joint commissioner for getting solutions
