what is the revised rate for imitation jewellary within maharashtra and effective date ?

i have a stock of 4% Vat and now the rate has been changed from 4% to 1%, my Question is at the time of selling stock which rate should i apply that is 1% or 4%?
please help me out regarding this problem

as per my opinion current rate @1% will be apply
