24 August 2012 The service receipient is liable to pay 100% tax . Does in that case it is necessary for the service provider to take registration?

24 August 2012 Not necessary unless service provider needs it for some other purpose... many vendor enlistings ask for all such registrations.

26 August 2012 If you are a service provider and taken RC also, you are liable to pay all the reverse charge services (partial or 100%) as per the new law. The l0 lacs exemption is not available for service receiver under reverse charge.
