I have given a car on rental to the company on case to case basis.
i m not cover under service tax as my gross receipt is less than 10 lacs.
whether company will deduct an amount @ 12.36 % of 40% of rental value.

they will not deduct any amount from your bill., but they will be payable to the govt...
