20 October 2012 THE FOLLOWING ARE THE SERVICES IN WHICH SERVICE TAX IS PAYABLE BY SERVICE RECIPIENTS i.e., NON CORPORATE UNDER REVERSE CHARGE.

1) GTA-SERVICE TAX WILL HAVE TO BE DISCHARGED BY FACTORY, SOCIETY, ANY DEALER REGISTERED UNDER CENTRAL EXCISE, PARTNERSHIP FIRM

2) SERVICES PROVIDED BY SPONSORS OF EVENTS- BY PARTNERSHIP FIRM

3) ADVOCATE FEES/ARBITRAL TRIBUNAL/SERVICES PROVIDED BY GOVERNMENT/LOCAL AUTHORITY- BY ANY BUSINESS ENTITY

My Question is:-

List of Service in Which Reverse Charge is Applicable, & Service Receipients is Other Than Corporate Then Also Service Tax Payable by Service Reveiver.
