If a company engaged in service providing and want to reverse revenue for the month of march 2014 in May 2014 with service tax so is it possible?
If yes please quote case law or reference of section.

Service Receiver is not satisfied of the services. he finds some services not received properly in may 2013 month. and wants credit note/reissue of invoice in current date.
But i want to take the same in 31.3.2013. Is it possible?

If you have paid the service tax and service recipient will not pay the amount then you can take the credit after 3 month.
