dear sir i fails to file return for ay 13-14,14-15,15-16 in thise case i can file for ay 14-15 belated return and ay 14-15(original) also the hardcopy for ay 13-14 should be required or not give me replay in shor answere also give time limit between belated and original return

You can file on line belated return for Ay 14-15 and original return for AY 15-16. No time limit between the returns both can be filed on a single day. File manual return for AY 13-14 with your jurisdictional AO.
