27 September 2019 Advance recd in Aug17, same shown in GSTR1.
Order cancelled and Advance returned in Dec17.
GSTR 3B and GSTR 1 show a difference of advance amount. (Negative value was not acceptable in GSTR1)
How can same be corrected in GSTR 9?
