I was not able to file return of a assessee for AY 2010-11. I had requested for RESET PASSWORD but the mail for fresh password arrived to me on 01-04-2012 only. Refund of Rs.10,000/- is due. As now he cannot file his return online, what is the best remedy available with him?

File a manual return and request the officer to accept it on 31.03.2012.
