My financial year is 2012-13, income tax was deducted 2600/-,
total taxable income is .Rs.2,25,270/-
Shall i file tax return ?

Yes you should file Income Tax Return for AY 2013-14 since your income is more than exemption limit of RS 2 Lacs.
