Dear Sir,
In the cases of small refund upto 10k to 20k it is good for a tax professional to file IT returns of his clients online or to file manually at local office.
Please advise me form the point of view of a tax professional.

In the present scenario., the refunds are issued by the CPC., so i advise you that thought the amounts are small or big., it is better to file online only.....
