Return filed but not send on time in bangalore

Dear Expert
One of my friend ,has filed return on time for the Ay 13-14,but he did not yet send his return.please advise me now can he send the same return in bangalore with his signature or again he can file.

Now he can't file it again time is over. Send ITR V to Bangalore to see whether they are accepting delayed ones.
