One of my client stayed in India for a period of less than 182 days during the previous year 2015-16 and he is employed outside India during the PY. His period of stay in India for the last 4 years preceding the Previous year is more than 365 days. What will be his residential status

He is non resident. Persons leaving India for employment, only the condition of 182 days stay condition is applicable.
