Required challan number of income tax payment

dear all,
I have made payment of income tax of one of my client by debit card.
but when payment becomes successful the server got know and i m not able to print the challan.
now while filling the I.T. Return of the client it required to fill challan number and i have not the challan number.
i concerned with I.T.department cus. care they told me to go to branch,and when i go through the bank branch they are also not able to help me...
please help me in this regard.

Sir, wait for three working days from challan remitted. Then view the Form26AS of the related client for the related Assessment year, there the challan paid details are will be listed out. If you search in your bank's website you may view the steps to re-generate the paid challan.
