plz tell me that if a person renting out the immovable property to education institute registered u/s 12AA is liable to collect Service tax.

Yes,as per the latest amendmnt w.e.f. 11/07/2014 exemption available to service provided by way of renting of immovable property to educational institutions stands withdrawn.Therefore service tax is payable on same.
