can my wife rent out her second house property to me a CA for my office cum residential purpose? the rent is at par with the prevailing rent in the market and there is no concession.note she is staying in the same rented house.will this rent be disallowed in my return?or is there any adverse impact? i want to showher second house as rented house for 300 days and more to come out of wealth tax ambit. pls experts let me know
