Rate: For Rent of Plant & Machinery 2% & for others 10%. If PAN not provided 20%.
TDS to be deducted on amount excluding Service Tax, if any.
Remember it is a threshold limit and not exemption limit. So if the threshold limit is crossed TDS to be deducted on total amount.
