I am doing job in a full time job in a company and I want to take COP for entering into a partnership firm. can I do this?

25 January 2017 If the terms of engagement in the company where you are working is as an employee, then you can not go for Certificate of Practice. However, if the company is willing to make payment to you as a professional service rendered under 194 J , then you can take up that assignment as well as enter into partnership firm with the other entity which is consisting of practicing Chartered Accountant's.
