what are the legal formalities for
opening tution class.

If your total receipts from tuition in a financial year exceeds 9 lacs you have to register with service tax and make service tax payment when it exceeds 10 lacs. From next year no exemption of 10 lacs service tax payable from the beginning on all receipts.
