M/s XYZ is a Registered Partnership Firm, it has drafted a Supplementary Deed for change in Remuneration. Whether the Supplementary Deed has to be registered with the Registrar of Partnership?

Deed of the Partnership firm is optional to registered but better to register otherwise claim can not be made legally.
