plz tell me what is the process of registration of sole propreitorship firm in delhi.....
plz also tell me how can i get form of such registration.
Is tax liability of such firm will like individuals ?

the doc will be
1.DVAT form -1
2. rental agrreement
3.ID & address proof of the proprietor
4. passport size photo 4
5. electricity bill
6. PAN card etc.
