pls help me

there was a 4 person want to start their partnership firm , they are ready to invest the capital but they are not ready now to start their business now they will start their busniess after four year

can they register their firm & what is the procedure to be followed while registration

09 September 2008 They can register the firm and keep the firm ideal for four years, but will have to file nil returns whrever applicable.
