25 November 2010 Hello sir, at the time of registration under VAT, or taking TIN no., what are the formalities that one needs to do.

Like filling up form ofcourse, whether any guarantor needed for the same, or any bank balance or Fixed deposit requirement is there.
Please tell me, if there are some other requirements or not. If yes, then what are those.
