Sir,
If I receive Previous Month invioce in the present month and i paid the payment in the same month of receiving invioce ,then what is the effect .I had a doubt whether it must be included in the previous month tds Payment or next month .Is the payment of tds depends upon date of payment of invoce amount or date of invioce .Let me know clearly....................

Date of invoice is not relevant it is date of creation of liability in the books or the date of payment which ever is earlier.
