regarding Salary & Pay the Income Tax

16 March 2010 Dear All,
Thanks me for giving advice me for the Last Question, Here my next query is that , There one My freiend she want to file her return ,But Problem is that She Get the Salary in Cash With Rs. 20000.00/-Per Month, On following points please giude me :-
1) She do not have the Salary slip
2) She Want to file here return for the last two years ( Please tell me what charges she incurred on that)
3)In her One of the saving account her brother send the some amount for the her Family Expences. ( Please explain me that that income come under the Income Tax ).
4)She registered with other concern business also As freelancer web dveloper , she having the Paypall Account also (Please explain me that that income come under the Income Tax )

Please suggest me that in which type I Can solve her return filing problem & let me know the in which Acts her income Show.

17 March 2010 1.for salary income form 16 need to get from the employer

2.she can file the 2 year returns -if the taxability is there penalty will come

3.Ponit no.3 no taxability

4.it is business income
