20 June 2012 sir i want to file from 32 (in case of reg. of director) after appoint the new 2 additional directior in the company. but we want to resign the existing 2 director from the company . the problem is that when we upload the from 32 at MCA portal one error is shown i.e DIN entered should associated with comapny at prescrty level.
plz. solve this problem.

I will suggest you to file 2 Form-32 regarding this. You follow the below mentioned procedure:

1. Make Form-32 with the details of appointing director and use signature of director going to resign.
2. After filing Form-32 and on being update on MCA portal.

3. File one more Form-32 of resigning director using digital signature of additional director and file the same.
