Regarding e-filing of income tax

Dear sir/Madam,
I want to file my sister's income tax return by e-filing for A.Y 2011-12 and 12-13. There is a refund for the above two years. Recently income tax is changed. I am not able to find on the site for A.y 2011-12. Can u tell me the procedure for A.y 2011-12 for E-filing of IT returns.

1. Login to incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in
2. Download the applicable ITR form.
3. Fill the form and generate the xml file.
4. Login again.
5. Click on e-file.
6. Select the ITR Form and the Assessment Year.
7. Select the cml file and then upload it.
8. ITR V will be generated. Take a print out, sign it and send to CPC Bangalore.
