regarding composition scheme

now composition dealer have to pay 1% on taxable turnover. my querry is that govt says announcement made cannot have retrospective effect and it is effective from 15 nov. for july quarter whether i have to pay tax on yotal turnover or only taxable turnover?

For July quarter you have to pay on total turnover.
