Regarding Completion of Articleship

01 April 2011 I have completed my articleship. and got my completion letter also from institute i.e. NOC......but my sir says that i have to go for 3 months more.....if i wont go now then can he take any action?
i have my Final exams so i want to prepare for that....so i dont want to go now....Can I?

01 April 2011 Once u got confirmation lettr regardng cmpltn of articlshp frm institute. Thn its ovr. Nw its nt necesscry to go. U r at ur will nd wish no one can force u.

02 April 2011 You cannot undergo further traiining since the official letter from ICAI is a confirmative and conclusive. If you have to do any supplimentary articleship due to excess leave, then you have to do the additional period.

Any how you got the letter from ICAI and no need to do further articleship
