Regarding Completion of Articleship

I have completed my articleship. and got my completion letter also from institute i.e. NOC......but my sir says that i have to go for 3 months more.....if i wont go now then can he take any action?
i have my Final exams so i want to prepare for that....so i dont want to go now....Can I?

Once u got confirmation lettr regardng cmpltn of articlshp frm institute. Thn its ovr. Nw its nt necesscry to go. U r at ur will nd wish no one can force u.

You cannot undergo further traiining since the official letter from ICAI is a confirmative and conclusive. If you have to do any supplimentary articleship due to excess leave, then you have to do the additional period.
