sir I would like to enquire that if there are any ammendments in the chapters like Bonus Act,Gratuity ,Negotiable Instruments Act ,EPF, Contract Act respectively.(Apart from Companies Act).

I don't think there is any amendments in these from Nov 2013. Still you should check once from latest study MAT available at BOS Knowledge Portal of ICAI.
