I have one query regarding refund of Withholding tax. One Company in dubai done some shooting and recording works and transfered hard disk to India. Dubai company raised full value on invoice.Indian company deducted 20% Withholding tax on invoice value.
So how foreign company get that refund ? kindly mention the procedures to apply for the refund?

No refund can be obtained for witholding tax deducted. Relief can be claimed on tax payment in Dubai.

in absence of PAN in India, you are not going to get any refund for these taxes. the only way to get refund would be to obtain PAN, ask the dedicator to revise the 27Q to include your PAN in it. and then file the income-tax return in India to claim tax refund.
