Refund not receive

I have filled the my return of assessment year 2014-15 without claim my refund amount and also I sent my Itr copy to Bangalore . I revised my return after the itr processed or successfully verified. Also, I sent revised return copy to Bangalore. But till the date, I did not receive a refund. So, what procedure require to follow for claim my refund.
