TODAY ,I HAVE FILED MY INCOME TAX RETURN AS OF MARCH 2013 .
THERE 15 K REFUND
CAN I CLIAM IT ?
WHEN IT DEPT WILL GIVE THE CHEQUE OF REFUND ?

For such delayed return where refund is due, first file condonation of delay with CIT as per circular 9/2015 Dt. 09/06/2015. After CIT approval file return seeking refund with the AO.
