Firstly check your CPC refund status on incometaxindia.gov.in . It is possible that the status is coming as contact your jurisdictional AO. Approach to Assessing officer anyways with an application mentioning your correct Bank particulars. Also attach in original a cancelled cheque duly signed by you with the same and the relevant page of ITR showing incorrect Bank ac no .He issue you the refund by changing the particulars .
