FATHER AND HIS SON HAVE A JOINT FDR IN BANK BUT BOTH ARE NOT HAVE PAN SO BANK HAS BEEN DEDUCTED TDS IN A/Y 2012-13.BUT NOW THEY HAVE PAN.
BUT BANK REFUSED TO REVISED TDS RETURNS.
PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IS OPTION AVAILABLE TO TAKE REFUND.
IS 154 IS POSSIBLE AFTER FILING RETURN FOR CLAIMING REFUND WHICH IS NOT SHOWN IN 26AS

File the return in the name of the father only. The refund will be issued in the name of the father and should be deposited in the bank account of the father.

154 is for rectification of error apparent from the record which Orders passed by AO. Here TDS is not shown in 26 AS therefore 154 can not be moved. Further u can claim TDS even if it not showing under 26 AS. Once you receive any intimation u/s 143(1) then u can move 154 or u receive short refund then you can move an application along with copy of TDS certificate.
